How a small model is made expert at one job and checked: it is rewarded only for answers that can be verified, fitted to the organisation’s own records, and measured on a test the organisation holds. The same method, whichever base the job calls for.

How a small model runs where you are: on an office server, a workstation, a laptop, and on a phone’s own chip. Changes of our own to the engines that run them, each tested to give the same answers as before, only faster and lighter.
- THE MODEL
Our own small language model, made expert with the method at working through a problem step by step. The heart of the platform, and the base Key4EDU runs on.
Every product of ours is built on the platform. One of them runs on the model itself; the others are built with the method and the engineering on models we fitted for the job.
WHY SMALL
Small does not mean weak.
A large general model is built for everything and rented by the question; we use one where the job is open-ended. A small model made expert at one job does that job well, runs on a machine you already own, and answers to you. For the work an organisation does every day, that is the whole argument, and the rest of this page is the evidence for it.

Start from the open model that suits the job, not one model for everything. Our own Key4 model is one of the bases we start from; the method and the engineering are the same whichever base the job calls for.

Raise its reasoning with our own method, which rewards only answers that can be verified. Starting with mathematics, where every answer can be checked.

Fit it to the organisation’s own records, language and rules, with your languages in view, Indian languages among them.

Measure it on a test set the organisation holds and the model has never seen, against a bar agreed before we build.
We check the licence before we start and tell you what you will own.
