AI transformation, as we practise it, is not a model dropped into a building. It is a stream of work, understood from the person who does it to the record it leaves, and changed so that it runs better, costs less and answers to the people responsible for it. We take it from the first idea to a running system, and then through the years it runs.

ANY AI THE JOB NEEDS

Small first, not small only.

We work in all of AI and choose by the job, never by habit. We climb this ladder from the bottom and stop at the first rung that passes your test.

Hybrids are expected. Most jobs stop low on the ladder, and that is where you can own the result.

Our method depends on a test that knows right from wrong, held by you. Where there is no right answer to check against, we say so at the start, not after.

BANKS AND PAYMENTS

The problem: agents are beginning to act inside banking systems, and supervisors ask for models a bank can inventory, explain and defend. What we are building: a gate that checks an agent’s intended action against the rulebook before any money moves, inside the bank’s own walls. Talk to us if this is your work.
